1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days - 0-5lb $4.90 | 5-10lb $7.95 | 10lb+ $12.56
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days - 0-5lb $6.90 | 5-10b $9.95 | 10lb+ $14.56

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipping.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order’s status and estimated delivery date. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking the “Order Status” section.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to the following regions:

  • United States

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue. We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance or tracking.

6. Shipping Damage

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
